When someone is putting many of ideas in a simple object/circulation. Many thought the telegraph, television, telephone and printing press were all going to help world peace. When more ideas come into society, people think media is going to change the world. The scientific journal, as a way to across the community for the scientists, scientist are the ones who made it. The instructions to computers are a lot harder then the computer that already processes everything in a matter of seconds. One owner and many workers, its the cooperation that owns the software, programmers are the ones who come and go. One programmer, Torvalds, wanted to know all the sources codes all time. He soon thought he found a control system to give to people for free, has access to the source code all time. New technology and new changes bring the community together, it shows that when media says things will change it effects millions of people, along with experience with political views.
