Qualities of a well functioning leader, can be strong, smart, and caring for others. Using a method as "digging the fire hydrant out" when to much snow covers the hydrant it effects a lot of people and can cause destruction. If you save it, you are being a good leader and helping out others and being very well respected. Some cities and leaders can spend millions of dollars and sometimes not even work or keep things going. They need to be more generous, and open, like an internet website. Collective action is good news, when in technology and need to do things together effectively. People don't give up on government, they very much dislike it but strive to put up with it, some people have given up on government. If you are so, you should reconsider because government is changing, cause we the people change the way it happens. Most think its just a way of voting people into the office. One person helping another person, is the government helping us together. Government and Politics are two different things and most think they are in some ways connect, not entirely true. If you have really given up on our government, you should think about your children or generations to come, you can help strengthen society and make the environmental better. Don't just be a crowd of voices, be a crowd of hands.
